NC Sierra Club Political Issues

We encourage all North Carolina Sierrans to be civically engaged and to vote.

Endorsement Process

The NC Sierra Club issues endorsements for local and statewide candidates, and partners with the National Sierra Club Political Committee in making endorsements at the federal level. Volunteer committees learn about the candidates' environmental positions through such sources as questionnaires, interviews, candidate forums and past records.
